寝ないといけない時間になっても、ついついスマホを触ってしまって夜更かししてしまう人のためのアプリです！修学旅行の夜に先生が生徒たちに就寝時間を伝えにいくあのイベントをアプリにしました。
[使い方]
①アプリを開いて、自分の理想の就寝時刻を設定してアプリを閉じます。
②設定した時間になると、先生のうちの誰かが通知でお知らせしてくれます。
③通知がきたらアプリを開いて、「通知を止めて眠る」ボタンを押しましょう（ボタンを押さない限り繰り返し通知がきます）。
④アプリを閉じて眠りましょう。
